Jeshu’s background in leadership for more than 20 years has equipped him to meet people from all walks of life.  Jeshu has traveled to more than 30 countries and worked with leaders and organizations throughout the world.  He speaks and teaches on topics of leadership, finding your purpose and defining your destiny.  In addition to coaching, Jeshu is the president of Impact Asia international, an organization with a mission to empower people and transform nations.  He has dedicated his life to working with people to live their best life by overcoming the pain of their past through personal mentorship.

Jeshu is passionate about training leaders and inspiring people of all ages to impact their world in the most profound ways possible.  He is convinced that everyone has purpose and potential that simply needs to be discovered and executed on daily to make the most impact.  He is committed to helping every person accomplish their dreams and desires in their personal, professional or spiritual lives.

Jeshu is married and has three adult children all of which are pursing professional experience or becoming proficient in the trades.  Although he has moved throughout the nation, he currently resides north of Seattle.
